Customer Service - Prepaid Phone Cards

The following instructions will help you send any email to our customer service. This can also be used to contact our Customer Service with questions and problems. Many problems and questions are answered in the FAQ section of this website.

Your Name – Name used with your account. (Optional Field)
Email Address – Account ID (eMail Address – Required Field)
Phonecard Name – Name of the Phonecard. (Required Field)
Question or Problem – Provide the following information: (Required Information)
- Enter the Confirmation Number and last four digits of the PIN number. For security reasons, do not enter the full PIN number.
- Enter the Date and Time of the call and your time zone EDT, PST, etc.
- Enter the Phone Number you are making the call from, the Phone Number you are calling. Be sure to include the Country and Area codes as appropriate.
- Enter Problem, i.e. Fast Busy, Echo, Delay, Disconnect, Dead Air, etc.
- Provide any additional documentation you may have.
